Background of SNOCAS

St. Nektarios Orthodox College and Seminary was established in 2001 with the primary objective of equipping members of the Orthodox faith with a deep understanding of the Holy Orthodox Faith, Theology, and Christian service.

The founders envisioned an institution that would nurture spiritual growth while also equipping learners with practical vocational skills. This dual approach ensures that graduates are able to serve both the church and society effectively.

Over the years, the institution has grown in both scope and reputation. Due to numerous requests from members of the wider community, the college expanded its admission policy and opened its programs to students from all religious and social backgrounds.

Today, SNOCAS stands as a center of learning where faith, knowledge, and practical skills come together to empower individuals and communities.
